Viva Tower is an impressive 18 storey tower of blue glass, steel and granite located on the corner of Howe and Drake streets in downtown Vancouver. Viva Tower is the first multi-functional building of its kind in the city. The ground floor has commercial-retail space, the 2nd through 7th floors make up Viva International Business Center. The 8th to 17th floor make up Viva Tower luxury extended stay suites.
