Wether it is daily administrative services, Word Processing services, or time consuming spreadsheets, the administrative office support team is available for your business. The administration department is located on the 2nd floor of Viva Tower. When you recruit the administration staff for Word processing (tables, charts, letters, proposals), spread sheets, data entry, photocopying, filing, mail outs, the work is always performed on a first come, first served basis. Normal turnaround time is one business day.

The outgoing fax machine is located on the second floor. All clients are welcome to send their own faxes by using their personnal 5 digit fax code. The confirmation sheet will tell you the time your fax went through and the number of pages sent. They are picked up every hour. The incoming fax machine is located in the clerical room on the second floor. Incoming faxes are removed and delivered by staff as soon as possible during business hours.
There are three photocopy machines in the Business Center located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.
Please direct your incoming mail to the following address: 200 - 1311 Howe Street Vancouver, BC V6Z 2P3 Canada. Mail is delivered to the general Viva Tower mailbox. A staff member will deliver your mail to your office as soon as possible after delivery. Please place outgoing mail in the reception area, 2nd floor in the basket provided. All mail will be processed each day by 3:30 p.m.
If you would like us to order supplies for you, we will be happy to do so. Please see the Administrative Assistant and she will place your order. Viva also has a supply room that is fully stocked with common office items.
If you wish something to be sent by courier, please bring it to the 2nd floor reception, with address, instructions etc. We will dispatch it on your behalf. We will notify you when an incoming courier arrives during business hours. If couriers arrive after business hours, the parcels will be accepted by Security.
Office storage lockers and Bike lockers are available in the underground parkade.
