Meeting Rooms

Viva Tower has two meeting rooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The 3rd floor meeting room is equipped with a TV and VCR. Both rooms seat four to six people comfortably. Flip chart paper and Whiteboard available. Rooms Available by the hour, ½ day or full day.

Packaged office suite owners find that the meeting room is great neutral place to meet clients, hold small company meeting without distractions.

Board Rooms

For executive presentations or meetings utilize our large and elegant boardroom with TV, VCR, Electronic White Board and scan converter for computer hookup for PowerPoint presentations. The large mahogany square table with its sixteen high back leather chairs sets the right atmosphere for any executive meeting. Wireless high speed internet connection available in this space at a nominal fee.

We offer an in-house Health Centre on the 4th floor of the Viva Tower with popular exercise equipment, a sauna and showers/change rooms for tenants and suite guests only.

Viva Tower also offers 18 luxury suites above our office suites. These 18 Vancouver luxury suites are beautifully furnished and are rented based on 30 day minimum stay.
