- Fully furnished private office with 24 hour access. Furniture includes executive desk, high back leather chair, credenza, and two guest chairs.
- Access to business machines and office services as required
- Access to our Executive Boardroom
- Use of our Health Club, sauna and private Club Lounge
- Mail and fax receiving services
- 10 hours of meeting room use per month
- Fully secured office environment with on duty security personnel in the evenings and weekends
- Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water
- Complimentary shred-it boxes for disposal of personal documents
- Complimentary newspaper in reception on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.

- Leased by the month, year. Ideal for a 2 person company. This is a corner office with floor to ceiling wrap around windows.
3. Leased Office Space – Available
- Office size: 1698 sq. ft. exterior.
- Minimum two year lease. Ideal for a 8 to 12 person company. Large North Eastern facing windows wrapping two sides of the office. Boasts 2 large offices and a large open area for cubicles or desks.
- Office size: 1254 sq. ft. exterior.
- Minimum two year lease. Ideal for a up to an 4 to 6 person company. Large windows wrapping one side of the office suite. Boasts 2 offices, large open area for cubicles or desks and reception.
