Viva Tower has 35 parking spots available for our office tenants. Our 3 levels of elevator accessed, secure underground parkade is monitored by security cameras and night-time security guards.

Your building security card can be loaded to allow you into the parkade. As a new office tenant, you can have access to your own parking spot. Please inquire about parking spot availability. Currently our parking spaces are $135. per month.
